Please review the following information carefully before booking. By submitting your booking form, paying a deposit, or sending/dropping off your flowers, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change as needed.
To ensure the best results, flowers must be delivered within 3–4 days of your event. Flowers are preserved in the condition they’re received—freshness is key. Dried, browning, or wilted flowers may not be suitable for pressing. If your flowers are more than 4 days old, I may request photos before confirming the project.
Pressed flowers remain in the press for 4–6 weeks. With framing, design, and optional color correction, total turnaround may be 3–6 months, depending on the season and demand. Each piece is created with careful attention and love, and I never rush the process.
8x10 – Starting at $250
11x14 – Starting at $300
16x20 – Starting at $350
Larger sizes available upon request
Prices vary depending on flower condition, framing style, and design complexity.
Frames include options such as white-backed or double-glass. All materials are thoughtfully selected to meet your aesthetic and preserve your flowers beautifully.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This applies to both scheduled and advance bookings. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup of your finished piece. I accept:
You’ll receive your final balance invoice approximately one week before your pickup. Pieces not claimed within 90 days of completion will become property of Pressed in Time. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the case of a rescheduled event with prior notice and availability.
Note: Due to the custom and sentimental nature of this work, returns and refunds are not accepted.
All flowers change color during the drying process. For example:
While color changes are natural, I do offer optional color correction using PanPastels to enhance faded or dulled areas. This service requires careful work and ranges from $50–$75, depending on flower types and frame size. If you’d like to see before-and-after examples, just ask—I’d be happy to share.
Before gluing your arrangement in place, I will send a photo for your approval. If you'd like changes:
Final pieces may shift slightly during the gluing and framing process. Photos of your arrangement may be used in my portfolio or marketing unless otherwise requested.
Pressed florals can last for generations if properly cared for. To maintain their beauty:
This work is deeply personal. I pour my heart into every piece because I know how special your flowers are. My pricing reflects the time, materials, and skill that preservation requires—but it’s rooted in love, not profit. I do this because I truly care about helping people hold on to life’s most beautiful moments.
I’m honored to be part of your story.
